Sunni’s Ethereal Souls takes it to a whole other level—this is undoubtedly the best work i’ve seen. her botanical theme, using ethically sourced products and her own designs (she’s a triple Virgo, ofc) is very L.F. <image:title>thinking - "Good Hodgkin's" - #livelaughlymphoma</image:title>
<image:caption>Prior to August 17, 2019, I was a relatively normal, boring, upper middle class white girl with a penchant for sarcasm and a minor online shopping addiction. But after one foggy summer morning, when I drove on a whim to the University of Michigan ER to remedy an uncomfortably large bulge in my throat, everything was different (large bulge ha ha do u get it? o boy). That day, I had intended to return to my hometown in the northernish suburbs of Chicago for a much needed break before the advent of the 2019 school year, but ended up staring at the ceiling of a triage room trying not to shed tears after a merry go round of doctors had leaned forward in the squeaking revolving chair, clasped their hands, and tentatively explained it sounded like “we” were “dealing with something that looked a lot like Lymphoma”.</image:caption>

      <image:title>thinking - i'm sorry - breaking up bald</image:title>
<image:caption>hi, my name is eloise and i’m a serial monogamist. it’s a nasty habit; one moment you’re casually talking to a guy at a party, next thing you know you wake up next to him in your studio apartment where he has somehow managed to be living for the last two years!* one never truly “dates”—flings and crushes between friends tend to snowball into an accidental sort of commitment. i’m not the greatest partner, not the worst. i’m definitely not the most tender, affectionate, or supportive. i eschew romantic gestures while simultaneously pining for them. i’ve had major fuckups that generally involve getting too drunk or high and being a major asshole. i can be self absorbed, brusque, and overly critical. but i’m loyal and i’d consider myself good company. i’ll treat you to dinner, patch your jeans, and clean out your closet. i know how to get bloodstains out of anything. what to get your mom for Christmas. exactly how to scratch your back. i’ve managed to get a few guys to stick around.</image:caption>

<image:caption>you’re getting off of a 3 hour flight, rolling at a music festival, too depressed for real hygiene, or perhaps congenitally excessively smelly. meet your new best friend. the coconut scent is divine and works like a charm. pro tip: i like to give my “inguinal” area a swipe from time to time to avoid laundering my Lululemon’s (don’t sue me if you get a rash—this applies to every suggestion). personally, this has really helped with eczema and ingrown hairs when the idea of showering, aka having to condition my hair for 20 minutes, is just too damn daunting. fits in your purse, which is great for those long nights at the club that end up getting a little sexy.</image:caption>

<image:title>living - Impressions: Renoir at the Art Institute of Chicago - Lunch at the Restaurant Fournaise (1875)</image:title>
<image:caption>The soft light of mid-afternoon filters through the trellis windows and casts a hazy glow over the terrace. Perhaps this haze is less a product of the dance between sunlight and the humidity and more likely the result of too much good food and wine. The hustle and bustle of clanking tableware and the scrape of chairs is not entirely drowned out by the steady murmur of conversation or the hum of insects in the heat, punctuated by an occasional shout from the boaters gliding along below. A plume of cigarette smoke unfurls in a long curl until it is carried away by the lilting summer breeze, permeating the air with its sweet, warm smell and joining in on the perfume of hot bread, fish, and the stickiness of the outdoors on human skin. We are here, Lunch at the Restaurant Fournaise (1875), just as Renoir, M. de Lauradour, and countless others were blissfully reveling in the lazy afternoon.</image:caption>
